Due to the current shutdown of ETH because of the coronavirus we will not be able to offer our telephone listening service for the rest of the semester. However, you can still reach us during our regular hours via mail or chat.
Both, ETH (here) as well as UZH (here), have set up a web page where you can find the latest news regarding Coronavirus at your high school.
What can I talk about?
You can talk about absolutely everything at Nightline Zurich. Regardless of whether you feel angry, happy, sad or bored – Nightline listens to you no matter what. Nightline listens to small and big troubles. All request are taken seriously and dealt with anonymously.
Who can contact Nightline?
All members of ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich as well as students or employees of other academic institutions in Zurich like ZHAW, ZHdK and PHZH can contact us. Also, if a professor feels comfortable telling his worries to students, of course the Nightliners will have a sympathetic ear for him. Furthermore we also give advice to high-school graduates about studying in Zurich. And if somebody else calls, that’s alright, too. Nobody will ask for your student ID before answering the phone. 😉
Who picks up when I call?

Is Nightline Zurich independent?
Yes. Nightline Zurich is an independent help-line from students for students and works regardless of financial, institutional and denominational interests.
