You coordinate internal processes, lead meetings, and contribute to the further development of the organisation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finance:<\/strong> You manage our budget and keep track of income and expenses. You are responsible for bookkeeping and budget planning, and help ensure Nightline remains financially well organised.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recruitment:<\/strong> You help us find new volunteers and make them feel welcome. You are an important point of contact for new members and make sure they settle in well with us.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advertisement &amp; Design:<\/strong> You help make the Nightline better known. You create content for posters, organise promotional events, and make sure our messages are effectively communicated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IT:<\/strong> You take care of our digital systems and website.
